BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Department of Conservative dentistry and Endodontics is situated on the 2nd floor of Government Dental College & Hospital , Kadapa. The department, as the name suggests, is dedicated for conservation of “What is remaining” and reconstruction of “What is lost”. Work done by the department is concentrated on relieving the pain and discomfort of the patients and deliver a healthy and happy smile. Besides silver amalgam restoration or esthetic dentistry, we also handle all the treatment modalities ranging from Periapical surgery.

Management of Traumatic dental injuries, Non-surgical retreatment and Multidisciplinary collaborative Endo-Prostho as well as Endo-Perio cases. The department has state-of-the-art equipments which include Lasers, Electrocautery, Surgical Operating Microscope and Bleaching unit. Not only that, special personalized attention is given to the “Mentally and Physically challenged” patients so that their dental needs are fulfilled. The only motto of the department is to restore the form, function and esthetics of the teeth.
